These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of roomsenjoy.com and purchases from Rooms Enjoy. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Store and Products

Rooms Enjoy is an online retailer of sourced home-organization and smart-living products. We do not manufacture the products we sell. We work to present product information accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by screen, and product packaging may change. Please review descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, and selected variants before ordering.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding any account credentials.

3. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown when available during checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for complying with destination requirements.

6. Final Sale and No Returns

All sales are final. Rooms Enjoy does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size, color preference, or other buyer preference. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed because orders may enter processing quickly. An order cannot be canceled after it has been submitted for fulfillment or shipped.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with the website or its security; introduce malicious code; scrape or misuse content or personal information; impersonate another person; or violate another party’s rights.
